Abstract

The effects of Studying online during COVID-19 is one of the biggest modern problems that played a major role in
influencing students who had a prominent role at the university. Firstly, studying online during COVID-19 pandemic
has caused increased levels of anxiety and stress among students, which in turn has affected their physical activities
and healthy habits. Secondly, we search about this problem for many aims like Facing the hardships faced by
university students during studying online, finding interesting educational strategies that help the student adapt to the
pattern of studying online and Preparing students psychologically to increase their productivity in terms of study and
related work. Finally, through this research, we seek to educate students and help them adapt to new teaching methods
during the epidemic period in the second year and take it into consideration as a golden opportunity to create a
peaceful environment to deepen learning of different sciences in their university field of specialization. Such as
defining the goals that they aspire to during their university career, raising their awareness of the importance of
psychological preparation that increases their activity and productivity during the stage of study, which plays a major
role in adapting to different circumstances
