SECURITY OPERATIONS FOR THE WORLD CUP PARTICIPANTS AND ATTENDEES IN DOHA, QATAR IN OCTOBER-DECEMBER 2021

Abstract

Sporting events represent appropriate times to cause riots, risks and challenges for the country hosting the event. As the World Cup (FIFA) that will be held in Qatar, is one of the most important of these events. Therefore, providing security for participants and attendance in the stands is considered. This research will study theoretical explanations for the most important the security risks associated with this event for the participants and attendees, and their causes. It will also provide some logical solutions for the government to control those risks and challenges, to increase effectiveness of these event, and to reduce security risks such as thefts, riots, and other such harassment.
